Swim Skills Sessions

Swim Skills Sessions are the place to cut through the confusion and make the pool work for you.

Small-group, coach-led sessions focused on breathing, body position and stroke mechanics - simple drills that add up to faster, more confident swimming. Ideal for first-timers, returners and anyone who hates feeling out of control in the water. Sessions are in-person and practical - bring your goggles, a cap, and good vibes.

Why do it?

  • 90 minute small group session (no more than 5 swimmers!)

  • Get coaching, feedback and guidance to improve your swimming for triathlon
