Swim Skills Sessions

Small-group, coach-led sessions focused on the things that matter: breathing, body position and stroke mechanics. We teach simple drills that stack up into faster, more efficient, less-scary swimming.

These sessions are perfect for first-timers, folks coming back to the pool, and anyone who feels out of control in the water. They’re practical, in-person, and low-pressure - just bring your goggles, cap and good vibes.

We keep it simple and useful.

  • Breathing rhythm and confidence in bilateral breathing (including practical breathing drills).

  • Body position and balance to reduce drag and save energy.

  • Stroke mechanics - entry, catch and a cleaner pull.

  • Technique drills you can use at every pool session.

  • Open water tips and sighting basics when relevant.

What to Expect
