Swim Skills Sessions
Small-group, coach-led sessions focused on the things that matter: breathing, body position and stroke mechanics. We teach simple drills that stack up into faster, more efficient, less-scary swimming.
These sessions are perfect for first-timers, folks coming back to the pool, and anyone who feels out of control in the water. They’re practical, in-person, and low-pressure - just bring your goggles, cap and good vibes.
We keep it simple and useful.
Breathing rhythm and confidence in bilateral breathing (including practical breathing drills).
Body position and balance to reduce drag and save energy.
Stroke mechanics - entry, catch and a cleaner pull.
Technique drills you can use at every pool session.
Open water tips and sighting basics when relevant.
